Physical Sensations Associated with Anxiety
Anxiety often manifests itself in physical sensations that vary from person to person and may range from mild to severe. Below is a list of common physical manifestations of anxiety. Note any that you may encounter as an indicator that you are experiencing anxiety (either acute or chronic).

- Diarrhea/Constipation
- Appetite Reduction
- Nausea
- Urge to urinate more frequently
