Write Down Thoughts/Feelings

Writing down your thoughts and/or feelings (about your present, past or future) is an alternative to verbal expression and can help you to self reflect and gain awareness.

The writing does not have to follow any particular format. It can be a free flowing stream of consciousness (without concern about punctuation or grammar).

If you're not sure where to begin, just sit quietly for a few minutes and thoughts/feelings will emerge naturally which you can write down.
